Artist Perspective
I find myself reflecting more on the relationships I maintain outside of the home with each passing day of quarantine. I never realized how much I took physical human interactions with my loved ones for granted until I was only allowed to use virtual words, or shouts from a far as communication. The interaction of the hands in Forgetting the Feeling represents this lack of human interaction that exists between people during this time of panic.
